Terms and Conditions

£100 deposit is due on booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If case of cancellation, we will refund your money if we can resell the cottage.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am, unless otherwise agreed.
Any daytime visitors should be pre-agreed. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
Use of the hot tub is conditional on complying with hot tub rules.
